We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Please inspect all items thoroughly before finalizing your
in-store purchase to guarantee quality, as all sales are
considered final once the product leaves our store. We
cannot accept returns once the item has left our premises.
If you find a defect in your purchased product, you have a
window of
3 days from the purchase date to notify the store.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must present the
original receipt and return the product in its original
packaging. Exchanges are exclusively for products that
exhibit manufacturer defects; customer misuse is not
covered.

What do I do if my device gets clogged?
If your device gets clogged, try blowing through the bottom air
flow port for a few seconds. You can also take a small safety pin
or bobby pin and push it through the air hole at the top of the
device (on the mouthpiece). To prevent clogging, we recommend turning
off the device when you're not using it.
Will this react with my medication?
We recommend consulting your physician before using any of our
products if you have concerns about how our products will interact
with your medication. Our products are not evaluated by the FDA.

What are your age requirements?
You must be 21+ to enter and make purchases for any products
on our website. In store, you must be 18+ to shop with us.
Some items, such as vapable items are 21+.
How is this legal?
All of our THC products contain THC derived from hemp and are
compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. The 2018 Farm Bill legalized
hemp containing THC below 0.3% on a dry-based weight scale.
